One-on-One Sessions

1-hour sessions include (but are not limited to):

  • Assessment of your health history and current nutrition 
  • Obtaining details of where you've been and where you want to go
  • Determination of calorie, protein, carb, fat needs
  • Discussion of goals and co-created plan of action (POA)
  • Provision of handouts, recipes and tools to accompany POA

1/2-hour sessions include (but are not limited to):

  • Assessment of progress and addressing possible obstacles 
  • Modification and creation of new goals
  • Provision of handouts, recipes and tools to accompany POA

Packages

  • Initial consult + 2, 30-minute follow-up sessions
  • 2, 1-hour + 4, 30-minute follow-up sessions
