Cooking Classes and Demonstrations

Such a fun night! Thanks for all the insight.  I've always considered myself a pretty healthy/knowledgable eater, but you made me think (and rethink) about balancing my diet even better.  Thanks!

  • Hands on, engaging and wicked fun

  • The class recipes in addition to handouts to support and reinforce new, healthy behavior change
