Meat-Free Protein

I have a new obsession, and it’s tofu parmesan.  Crispy and creamy and a good source of protein, this hits the spot and warms the soul as we move into chillier days. 


Replacing animal sources of protein with plant sources has been associated with a host of health benefits from decreasing risk of certain cancers to decreasing risk of infertility. 


Toss kidney and chickpeas in your salad, replace beef for bean burritos, toss the turkey for a hummus and veggie sandwich, and heck, chuck the chicken for tofu at your next parmesan dinner!  Click here for the recipe, and let me know what you think!
